<>Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets as advised.
  • Achieve debtor days targets as advised.
  • Review team PDRs quarterly in case of direct reportee, if any, and document the same.
  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities, and recommending equity investments.
  • Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations, examining partners’ needs and goals.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements and business operations.
  • Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Work with consultants and distributors for sales promotion in the region.
<>Requirements

Qualification: Veterinarian preferred. 

Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of experience in selling feed additives in the Poultry layer market

Language fluency: English and Telugu mandatory.

Remuneration: Based on qualification, experience and individual talent.

  • Coordinating with finance for expenses/claims from managers.
  • Any other tasks assigned by managers to be handled from time to time.
<>Requirements

Qualification: Any postgraduate. 

Experience: Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in similar role.

Language fluency: English and Hindi mandatory, any other language would be a bonus.

<>Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Direct manufacturing process support
  • Complete productivity improvements as required.
  • Service, maintain, repair, install and test equipment in accordance to current machine specifications
  • Provide high level mechanical/technical support to production equipment and interface with other technical teams
  • Interface with suppliers and contractors on a technical level when required for the purpose of troubleshooting and debug
  • Perform PM inspections as required.
  • Follow Maintenance Manager direction and task prioritization.
  • Complete Repairs and rebuilds to production machinery
  • Fabricate as required for continuous improvement initiatives
<>Requirements

 

  • Holder of Ontario 433A Industrial Mechanic & Millwright Certificate
  • Holder of a Canadian Passport with the ability to travel to USA
  • Ability to operate a lathe & milling machine
  • Ability to weld mig, tig, and stick
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Fast paced environment
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Physically demanding
  • Environment - dusty, noisy, hot, odors, at heights
  • On-Call rotation schedule for after hours and weekends.  Normal shift is M-F days.
  • Punctual, reliable, effective personal skills, initiative, dependability, flexibility
