[Dunboyne, Ireland] - Alltech are pleased to announce the launch of their book "Nutritional approaches to arresting the decline in fertility of pigs and poultry", co edited by Dr. Jules Taylor-Pickard and Dr. Lode Nollet. The fundamental aim is to re-examine the current trends of productivity in the pig and poultry industry and to identify nutritional means to improve fertility.

[Lexington, KENTUCKY] - Full circle strategies to optimize nutrition, performance and management is a priority of every poultry operation around the world. Alltech will be present at this year's International Poultry Exposition, (25th - 27th January 2006), Booth #1904, to support these efforts for the global poultry industry.

[DUNBOYNE, Ireland] - Alltech hosted a one-day seminar for experts and representatives of the major companies and research institutes in the aquaculture industry, at their European headquarters in Ireland on 29th November 2005. Over 50 experts from 17 countries attended the meeting.

The third annual European Aquaculture meeting discussed the latest developments of this fast growing industry. Areas of discussion included organic mineral nutrition, gut health status and morphology and new molecular tools to investigate gene expression and nutrition.

[Vietnam] - A growing demand for Alltech's natural products in the Asia-Pacific region has instigated the proposed development of a new facility in Vietnam. At present, the Asia-Pacific region represents 29% of sales for Alltech and is the fastest growing region for Alltech, growing at a rate of over 40% per annum for the last 3 years.

Friday, November 21st Alltech's 19th Asia-Pacific Lecture Tour topped the 2000 attendee mark as the tour concluded in Melbourne, Australia. After 16 stops in 13 countries, the tour was deemed a tremendous success in answering the questions of producers, nutritionists and vets related to the topic of gut health.
