Description

We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team in a General Production role at our plant in Mankato, MN.
Responsibilities
This full-time rotating shift work position will operate forklifts, automated equipment, load trucks, mix and pellet, along with some general maintenance responsibilities.
Requirements
Qualifications/Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in grain handling or manufacturing environment
- Commitment to work in a safe manner and follow OSHA standards
- Good computer and math skills
- Be able to read and follow procedures
- Complete required paperwork
- Forklift experience
- Work well in a team environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Work in natural climate conditions
- Climb ladders, stairs and be physically active throughout the shift
Pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check is required.
