Production

Introduction

Our state-of-the-art production and distribution facility, opened in 2018, is conveniently situated in the Chakan industrial area in Pune. It is the 101st Alltech facility and the second largest plant in Asia, with a production capacity of 25,000 tonnes per year.  The facility is also Asia’s largest organic trace mineral facility.

This plant is certified for ISO 22000:2018 and FAMI-QS (ver. 6.0). It is fully integrated in line with Alltech’s global quality standards (AQS) and stringently follows the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP guidelines. The facility also uses natural gas for boilers as green sustainable energy, reducing carbon emissions.

We incorporated an ETP plant to treat effluent water from the facility .This treated water is used to water the garden surrounding the premises.
