Service Controller (Ireland)



Based in our HQ in Borris, Co. Carlow, this role requires an experienced individual to handle service calls, process spare parts orders and provide general customer service to the company’s Irish customer base. 


  • Provide a prompt and timely support service to our KEENAN customers by ensuring good communications with focus on first-time resolution
  • Troubleshoot and identify solutions over the phone
  • Process spare part orders from customers and service engineers
  • Review and sign-off of service engineers' work dockets
  • Day to day management of service calls and any related administration, including database management and warranty processing
  • Attend farm demos and trade shows
  • Liaise with logistics for the commissioning of KEENAN machines on delivery in line with company procedures
  • Provide ongoing feedback to production, engineering and quality functions regarding issues raised by customers or service engineers 


  • Clear communication and customer service skills together with strong interpersonal, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • General IT and computer skills
  • Works well as part of a team, but also able to work independently
  • Technical know-how to determine a customer issue or mechanical failure
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Full driving licence
