KEENAN, part of the Alltech Group, is a world leader in the area of feed efficiency technology and the manufacture of the KEENAN range of diet feeding equipment. We are now looking to recruit a qualified Spray Painter to join our manufacturing facility at Borris, Co. Carlow.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate must be able to produce a high-quality consistent paint finish and be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Previous experience in manufacturing, including the use of industrial spray painting and shot blasting equipment, is required.
Requirements
- Must have experience of paint spraying to a high quality standard using high solids polyurethane single coating systems applied at a wet film thickness of 120 microns. This is applied in a purpose-built modern spray booth.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in paint spraying.
- Must have a good work ethic, be flexible, reliable and work to tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Comply with Health & Safety, Environmental and other company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean working environment
