KEENAN opens its factory for a 3-day event and used machine sale
KEENAN is holding a 3-day factory open event and sale of the new MechFiber+ range, Approved-used and 2nd-hand diet feeders on June 15, 16 and 17, 2022. The sale is open to all farmers and machines can be viewed in the online catalogue (or in person at the event). During the event, a “Buy now, pay January 2023” offer for all new, Approved and 2nd-hand machines is available. KEENAN offers special warranty terms for Approved and 2nd-hand machines and a free service for all diet feeders with 10% discount on parts is included in any deal. With machines starting from €45 per week, there are diet feeders to suit all farm operations and budgets.
At the open days, farmers can see first-hand the new plus range recently launched in March. The new design features of the MechFiber+ range are shown to improve mix consistency, leading to increased productivity on farms by increasing feed efficiency, lowering fuel consumption and, as a result, reducing methane emissions.
Daily free InTouch clinics, talks and factory tours are on the agenda.
InTouch clinics: One-to-one consultations with an InTouch Feeding Specialist, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. Advice on feed budgeting for the season ahead and on supplementary feeding (buffer feeding/supplementary feeding on grass).
Talks: Dealing with feed uncertainty, 3 p.m. daily. Information on maximising profitability for the coming season and optimising feed usage and cost.
Factory tours: Take the opportunity to see the production and development facilities of the MechFiber range. Tours starting between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. daily.
Further opportunities to view KEENAN diet feeders are taking place at Monaghan Farm Machinery, Co. Meath on June 20 and 21, 2022, 9.30 a.m. to 6p.m. and Dungannon Farmers Mart, Co. Tyrone, on June 29 and 30, 2022, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The range of machines on offer includes MechFiber, MechFiber+ and Vertical Auger models. Some machines are Approved-used, meaning they have gone through a meticulous 60-point check following complete refurbishment. A range of 2nd-hand machines are also available and are being offered for sale in their current condition.
