Forage quality evaluation through silage density measurements and thermal infrared imaging
Forage storage assessment from an aerial vehicle, including current inventory, silage pad/bunker capacity and help designing a forage management plan
Troubleshooting challenges and helping producers achieve their farm objectives related to feeding programs
TMR audits, including feeding equipment evaluations
Analysis of forages and feedstuffs for anti-nutritional substances, such as mycotoxins, mold, yeast and clostridium

Sal's Bio:

Sal Costilla received a bachelor’s degree in dairy science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He most recently served as the feed and farm manager for Clauss Dairy Farms, where he managed all aspects of the farming and feeding operations. He is now the forage sales and support specialist for Alltech in the California region.
