Description

Responsibilities

 

  • Regular visits with dairy nutritionist, dairy farms and feed mills across the territory

  • Manage existing relationships while cultivating new relationships to increase sales

  • Support range of Alltech products and services

  • Answer all customer questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner

  • Communicate effectively and regularly with office, marketing and management staff

  • Ensure necessary updates are completed and submitted on time

  • Drive sales by identifying customer needs and finding solutions

  • Attend industry events/tradeshows to showcase Alltech in a positive, professional manner

  • Host educational meetings and events to help brand Alltech

Requirements

 

  • A strong technical background: BSc, MSc or higher

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Interest and experience (5-7+ years) in the agriculture industry

  • The ability to efficiently manage time and tasks

  • Self-motivated and proactive

  • A valid driver’s license

  • Expertise in dairy nutrition

  • Knowledge/experience in dairy management

  • Experience with dairy/feed management software

  • Bilingual
