We have an immediate opening for a full-time Inventory Control Analyst at our Mankato, MN Regional Office.  This position will maintain and review the general ledger and inventory modules of the ERP system to ensure accurate cost and quantity inventory information in coordination with operations. 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide AX system support to operations staff for inventory production tolerance errors, inventory corrections, cost adjustments and recalculations
  • Perform inventory analysis for cost variances, research, communicate and coordinate corrections as necessary
  • Perform general accounting functions relating to inventory month end close including account reconciliations with support of Senior Inventory Accountant
  • Review and report on location cycle count documentation and adherence to inventory  policy and procedures
  • Observe cycle counts and wall to wall inventory counts as requested
  • Support leadership by providing financial/cost analysis as requested and researching items of concern
  • Prepare inventory related audit work papers as requested



  • Understanding any of the purchasing, production, sales order processes within AX
  • Solid Excel skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Help Desk / Customer Service mindset
  • Ability to communicate across all levels within the organization
  • The ability to prioritize and function in fast pace, multitasking, deadline driven environment
