Description

Our customers include meat, milk and egg producers as well as those with specialty and companion animals. We are seeking qualified candidates for a 2nd shift General Production position at our plant in Rapid City, SD. Hours for this position are 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
This full-time position will run multiple pieces of equipment such as bin gates, feeder, conditioner, pellet mill, cooler, crumbling rolls, and distribution equipment. This position will ensure bin clean out and follow the company flushing and sequencing guidelines. This position is also called upon to assist in other areas of plant operations as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications/Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to read and follow procedures
- Complete required paperwork
- Be able to multi-task and has attention to detail
- Good computer and math skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs
- Work in natural climate conditions
- Climb ladders, stairs and be physically active throughout the shift
