Description
HUBBARD®, an Alltech® company, provides a full range of innovative, research-based animal feed and nutrition products. Our customers include meat, milk and egg producers as well as those with specialty and companion animals. Our goal is to provide customers with products and solutions that will improve their profitability and competitive advantage, while reducing risk and simplifying their lives. We have an immediate opening for a full-time General Production position on 1st shift (4:00 am – 12:00 pm) at our Bismarck, ND facility.
Responsibilities
The full-time employee will be trained in several areas of the plant operation. This position is assigned to operate equipment within established guidelines for efficiency, safety, and product quality. The equipment will vary and include mixing, packing, pelleting, loadout and receiving of animal feed and ingredients.
Requirements
Qualifications/Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to read and follow procedures
- Complete required paperwork
- Good computer and math skills
- Be committed to work in safe manner
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Work in natural climate conditions
- Climb ladders, stairs and be physically active throughout the shift
Pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check is required.
