Alltech's 2008 Young Scientist Award Winner Announced

Mark Lyons and Inge Russellpresent the 2008 Young Scientist Award to Craig Louder of Utah State University at Alltech's 24th InternationalAnimal Health and Nutrition Symposium.

Alltech announced the winner of its global Young Scientist Award at its Annual International Animal Health and Nutrition Symposium in Lexington, Kentucky (April 20-23, 2008). The winner of this year's award is Craig Louder from Utah State University, Dept.of Animal Health and Veterinary Science. Craig presented a paper entitled 'The Estrogenic Mycotoxin Zearalenone and its Importance in Livestock Production'

2008 Regional YAS Winners Announced

We would like to congratulate the four regional winners of the 2008 Young Scientist Award. More than 720 students participated this year from 80-plus distinguished universities around the world. The four regional winners came to Lexington on an all-expenses paid trip to compete for the global title of 2008 Young Scientist.
