Registration process

Please note: Attendance is strictly by invitation only. In order to register online you will need to have at hand the special code printed in your invitation. Please register promptly as space is limited.

To begin the registration process, click here or click the 'register now' button at any time.

In addition to selecting a species session, you will also be asked to r.s.v.p. for all of the following events:

• Alltech's International Dinner (Sunday evening).
  A great opportunity to gather for an evening with other guests from over 60 countries!
• Alltech's Kentucky Night (Monday evening).
  Enjoy a night of Kentucky hospitality.
• Spouse / guest program (Tuesday).
  Offers your spouse/guest a day of sightseeing around scenic and historic Lexington.
  

Hotel Reservations
Room reservations will be made by Alltech's Symposium registration team at one of four participating hotels so that we can guarantee all delegates value and ease of transportation to and from all Symposium venues. Basic room rates for all hotels (with Symposium discount) are $127-$132 USD per night, plus tax. You will receive your hotel confirmation from your local Alltech office in the weeks before the Symposium. We are confident that you will enjoy your stay at one of Lexington's finest hotels.

Please note that after March 17, 2008, we cannot guarantee the discounted room rate or that your reservation will be at the same hotel as other delegates from your country.

Airport
Lexington Bluegrass Airport is located within 15 minutes of all Symposium hotels. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the participating hotels will be provided.

On-site registration
On-site registration begins Sunday, April 20, 2008, at 9:30 a.m., at the Lexington Convention Center. Optional tours of Alltech's Global Headquarters and North American Bioscience Center will take place on Sunday, April 20.
