Thank you for your interest in attending this dynamic program. Below are important notes to review before you complete the Registration Form.
Registration
The Symposium registration fee is $525. This fee includes access to all Symposium sessions and all organized functions, dinners and luncheons from May 16 through May 19.
Early registration fee: $400 (before May 2)
To take advantage of the early registration fee of $400; register by April 1st.
Company Group Rate: Send more than two people from your company and only pay the registration for two! Take advantage of this company rate and send more than two delegates to the 2010 Symposium. If you are registering as one of your company’s group of delegates, please mark the ‘Company Rate’ box on the registration form. Your company will then be invoiced accordingly, for only two registrants.
Delegates who are members of ARPAS and AAVSB will be able to earn CEUs
Online Registration - Attendance is strictly by invitation only. Please have at hand the registration code you received with your invitation.
Hotel
Room reservations will be made by Alltech’s Symposium registration team at a participating hotel so that we can guarantee all delegates a room at one of Lexington’s best hotels, with good value and ease of transportation to and from all Symposium venues. Room rates for all hotels with the Alltech Symposium discount will be in the range of $139-$144 USD per night, plus tax. You will receive your hotel confirmation from your local Alltech office in the weeks before the Symposium. We are confident that you will enjoy your stay at one of Lexington’s finest hotels. Please note that after April 4 we cannot guarantee the discounted room rate.
Travel Planning
Lexington Bluegrass Airport is located within 15 minutes of all Symposium hotels. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the participating hotels will be provided.
On-site registration begins Sunday, May 16, 2010, at 9:00 a.m., at the Lexington Convention Center. Optional tours of Alltech’s Global Headquarters and the Nutrigenomics Center will take place on Sunday, May 16.
