Enough is enough. First, there was Mad Cow Disease, then dioxins, then antibiotics. Now it is horse meat, or even donkey meat, disguised as beef. Consumers are frustrated, how can we expect them to trust? Enough is enough. This is what we have to do to tackle the crises plaguing our industry.

MY VISION OF THE FUTURE

As we can see from the changes in the past seven years, the world of 2020 will not be the same as today’s world. After three years in Mexico, five years in Brazil, and two years in China, this, in my humble view, is where I think we will be in 2020, and what we need to do to get there. It is my GLIMPSE into the future—and these are my seven challenges to our industry.
