Global animal health company, Alltech, has been awarded the Safe Feed/Safe Food certification from the American Feed Industry Association for its Nicholasville production facility. A charter member of the program, Alltech has undergone the rigorous certification process designed to ensure total traceability of its products.

Global animal health company, Alltech announces that Bio-Mos? has been approved for use in organic diets by Quality Assurance International (QAI), the global leader in organic certification. This approval reflects Alltech's commitment to improving animal health through nutrition. "The approval of Bio-Mos represents a major step forward for Alltech and the animal feed industry. There is now a scientifically proven product on the market for organic farmers looking to maintain GI tract health and animal performance.

The International Grassland Congress (IGC) is the premier world event for grassland research and development and attracts over 1000 delegates from 100 countries around the world. Since its beginning in 1927 in Leipzig, Germany, the IGC has been held every four years in different locations each time. In 2005, the conference will be held in Dublin, Ireland. The main conference will take place between Sunday 26th June and Friday 1st July.
