Alltech Brings Natural Solutions to IFT Food Expo
[Lexington, KY]- Alltech, a global leader within the food and feed industries, will participate in the IFT Food Expo 2005, July 17-19 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Located in Booth # 3107, Alltech representatives will be discussing how to create new market space, elevate profits, and provide innovative solutions to industry problems. Alltech endeavors to find creative and practical solutions that move the industry toward producing better, healthier food, without threatening the natural ecology.

Alltech will be showcasing several products at the exhibit including: ExlPrimeTM, a natural yeast extract flavor enhancer for the savory industry, produced from a select strain of primary Saccharomyces cerevisiae; PreventoxTM, a natural antioxidant made from mixed tocopherols and rosemary extract. Alltech will also be featuring a new line of specialized yeast derivatives that can offer a host of benefits in functional foods.
2005 marks Alltech's 25th year in the food and feed business. In the span of those 25 years Alltech's presence has grown into a multinational company with offices and distributors in 85 countries and more than 1,500 employees around the world. Alltech also values local production which has lead to the development of 14 production facilities around the world, with two more scheduled to be up and running in 2005.
