Please provide us with your expected arrival and departure dates, even if you have not yet finalized your travel plans. We need expected dates from all delegates for capacity planning purposes. Should your dates change, please follow the registration site to submit your updates.
Lexington Blue Grass Airport is located within 15 minutes of the Global 500 host hotels. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport will be provided.
Room reservations will be made by Alltech’s Global 500 registration team at the host hotel. This will ensure all delegates receive a room at one of Lexington’s best hotels with good value, located adjacent to the Lexington Convention Center. The room rate (with Global 500 discount) will be $89 to $110 USD per night, plus tax. You will receive your hotel confirmation from your local Alltech office during the weeks before the Global 500. We are confident that you will enjoy your stay at one of Lexington's finest hotels. Please note that we cannot guarantee the discounted room rate after November 1.
The Global 500 registration fee is $325 USD; Early Bird registration is $200 if registered by November 9th. This fee includes access to all Global 500 sessions, organized functions, luncheons and dinners from December 4-6.
