About the Festival

Since 2008, the Alltech Fortnight Festival has sought to involve all of Kentucky in the excitement that is the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games coming to Lexington in 2010. To date, the Alltech Fortnight Festival has visited nine Kentucky cites and presented 24 entertainment events in 12 different venues, showcasing award-winning artists of all genres from around the world.

Continuing on September 25th, a fortnight of entertainment involving the entire state will signal the one year countdown to the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games in 2010 - the biggest sporting event to come to America since the 2002 Winter Olympics. It is then that Kentucky will be center stage and yet another Alltech Fortnight Festival of entertainment will span the Commonwealth.
