Margin of Excellence Fellowship Program

The Margin of Excellence Fellowship Program provides students in the state of Kentucky with a stipend that is significantly higher than many post-graduation salaries. Alltech aims to revolutionize how we look at PhD education, ensure that the industry has a stake in determining which issues to focus on and how to retain these brilliant minds once they graduate. This fellowship provides bonuses for publishing; funding for visiting other laboratories; and a retention bonus if the fellowship recipients stay in Kentucky for three years following graduation.
