The role:
Alltech is a private, multi-national corporation focused on promoting animal and human health through nutrition. Alltech is also the proud sponsor of the Alltech World Equestrian Games and the Alltech Fortnight Festival both held in 2010 in Lexington, Ky. The company currently employs 1,900 people worldwide and operates in 85 countries. As part of its expansion in the Regulatory department in our Corporate Office in Nicholasville, Kentucky, Alltech is currently seeking qualified applicants for this new position.

Position:
The successful candidate will report directly to the Regulatory Affairs Manager. Activities will include, but are not limited to, preparing and assembling appropriate documentation for submission to regulatory authorities on a global basis; liaising with global production, quality control/assurance and research departments; and working with product managers and marketing personnel concerning compliance issues.

Profile of candidate:

The ideal candidate must hold a B.S. - required, M.S. preferred; be proficient in a foreign language; maintain knowledge of guidelines and regulations; possess an aptitude towards administrative duties, be detail oriented, work well with others, have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
