Alltech Vocal Scholarship Competition 2014 Invite - Ryan

Ryan Traub, 2013 Graduate award winner, invites you to come watch this year's Alltech Vocal Scholarship Competition.

Compelling passion for arts and education has driven Alltech’s president and founder, Dr. Pearse Lyons to pioneer the annual Alltech Vocal Scholarship Competition, and as a result, it has become the largest vocal event in Kentucky.

This year, on March 9 at the UK Singletary Center for the Arts from 2 to 5 p.m., Kentuckians are invited to experience what is the unspeakable beauty of opera singing from some of the most talented vocalists from as far as New York, Italy, and Brazil, as they compete for more than a half million dollars in scholarships and prizes to the University of Kentucky School of Music at the 9th Annual Alltech Vocal Scholarship Competition.

To pay homage to Alltech’s Irish heritage and St. Patrick’s Day,  the event will include appearances from the renowned Kentucky McTeggart Irish Dancers and Celtic band, Liam’s Fancy. Admission is FREE and open to the public. Hope to see you there!

Here's a personal invite from 2013 Alltech Vocal Scholarship Competition winner, Ryan Traub.
