Erica Ryan, a food stylist from Dublin, Ireland has spent the last 20 years styling food for TV and film and photography for food packaging and cookery books. Erica is over in Lexington this week helping to put the finishing touches on the display food at ‘The World’s Market’ at Alltech’s Symposium. Erika’s skills require her to maintain the color, texture, composition and quality of the display food that best represents the product.
Erica discovered her love of food and cooking from an early age and become involved with recipe and product development for companies such as Unilever and Freshcut Food Services.
Erica’s recent movie projects include ‘Albert Nobbs’ with Glenn Close, ‘This Must Be The Place’ with Sean Penn and TV dramas ‘Raw’ and ‘Camelot’. She has been involved with several cookbooks including The Baileys Cookbook and more recently Good Mood Food with her nephew Donal Skehan.
