A Visit to Yildiz Dairy Farm in Turkey Cagatay Yildiz of Yildiz Dairy Farm - Turkey

Derya Demiralay and Emrah Tunay recently visited Yildiz Farm. In 2012, Yildiz Farm was established by Cagatay Yildiz in the Western Aegean Region. The farm has a capacity of 700 cows and 600 milking cows; currently there are 300 lactating cows at the farm. On the farm they have a 2 x 12 computerised milking system, cooling tanks with 6 and 2 tonnes volume of milk , a feed wagon of 8 m3 volume, 2 slurry pumps and scrapers.
