She showed in all-around events at AQHA shows and barrel-raced and roped in high school rodeos. Katy learned about cattle while helping friends and working for several of the area's cow-calf and yearling operations and feedlots.

Originally from Devon, England, Lisa White now lives on a beautiful working guest ranch near Ames, Oklahoma. Lisa spends her time on horseback, helping her husband with the day-to-day duties, but never leaves the house without her camera. Her passion is photography and she loves to capture the daily happenings of life on the ranch.

This year has been an extremely tough one with the drought and she felt this picture really captured the ethos of her experience of agriculture after emerging herself into this new life.
