Alltech is currently looking for a Territory Sales Representative for Nebraska territory. Alltech sales people are highly motivated professionals who provide a natural link between marketing, research and the customer. Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly visit our industry partners (feed companies, consulting nutritionists, veterinarians, producers, etc.) across the territory to manage existing relationships while cultivating new relationships
  • Ensure our partners have the tools to understand how Alltech provides value to our customers
  • Answer all customer questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner
  • Drive sales by indentifying customer needs and finding solutions
  • Educating customers about new Alltech solutions and how those solutions could benefit them
  • Attending industry events and tradeshows to showcase Alltech in a positive, professional manner
  • Host producer meetings and events to help brand Alltech
  • Communicate effectively and regularly with other team members as well as office, marketing, and management staff
  • Ensuring necessary updates/reports are completed and submitted on time

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. or higher in Animal Science or Agriculture-related field
  • At least 2-3 years experience in the field sales
  • Strong verbal, written and people skills
  • Interest and experience in the agriculture industry
  • The ability to efficiently manage time and tasks
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Adaptable
  • A valid driver’s license
