Research Internship Program

Brilliant minds and breakthroughs!
Internships at Alltech’s Center for Animal Nutrigenomics and Applied Animal Nutrition offer students the opportunity to work in a professional research setting and utilize state-of-the-art equipment and technology. Each intern is assigned to a research project in conjunction with a supervising scientist or team member. The following are a few research areas in which students may be involved:
- Enzyme production and applications
- Industrial fermentation processes
- Animal feed supplementation strategies
- Nutritional physiology and nutrigenomics
- Process biochemistry, microbiology and engineering

Requirements:
- Applicants must have completed their second year of university courses
- Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Applicants may be subject to interviews

MIS Internship Program

The Alltech Management Information Systems (MIS) Internship Program provides students with a real world learning experience working at the heart of a centralized MIS operation supporting a worldwide organization. Program projects are designed as closely as possible to support students’ skills, background and desired specialization in the MIS field.
Our MIS internships are project focused and offer in-depth experience in design, development, delivery and support of real life MIS solutions which will be used by customers in their daily operations. Each intern is matched with a specific project and mentored by a member of the MIS team.
