As Alltech continues its drive to be "Solutions Focused" the MMT has developed the Mycotoxin Management programme to bring a solutions orientation to the area of Mycotoxin Management. The programme comprises different aspects including 37+, MIKO and Mycosorb A+. The Asia Pacific Sales Manager should understand each of these areas and how they can be utilized within given situation to provide the most appropriate value to key customers. Immediate goal is to get the program up and running in the region. Central to this will be building and overseeing training of MIKO Field Specialists, as well as overseeing remaining countries switching to Mycosorb A+ in South Asia and South East Asia.

Key Responsibilities

The Asia Pacific Sales Manager will manage a team of people throughout the APAC region and will work with them to best implement the Mycotoxin Management Program in the different countries, driving sales of the company's patented and leading solutions in the process.

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide clear sales direction to MMT in the APAC region
  • Maintain the clarity of communication between the sales, technical and marketing groups
  • Work closely with the Mycosorb® Territory Managers to track opportunities using the Key Breakthrough Planner
  • Give individual focus to the Top Mycosorb® targets in AP markets and uses the Mycosorb® Targets spreadsheets to track progress with them
  • Travel as appropriate throughout the Region while communicating travel plans to the superior
  • Manage Mycosorb® Consultants in the Region. This will include teleconference with the Consultants and the team members 10 days prior to the visit and one 7 days after the visit to ensure adequate follow up is conducted.


Master/Bachelor Degree in Animal Science, Animal Production or equivalent.

Working Experience

At least 7 years' industry experience with a proven track record in product management. An awareness of and experience with mycotoxins is also preferred. The candidate should have good communications skills in their local language as well as English.
