Leadership Changes at Alltech

[Dublin, IRELAND] – Global animal nutrition company Alltech has appointed Aidan Connolly as Vice President Corporate Accounts and Marc Larousse as its next Vice President for Alltech Europe, effective January 1, 2008. Mr. Larousse will take over from Mr. Connolly, who has held the European post since 2001.

Aidan Connolly graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin (UCD) and an MBS in International Marketing from the Smurfit School of Business at UCD. He has been with Alltech for 18 years. During this time, he was based in Ireland, France, Brazil, and the United States. He is currently based at Alltech’s European Bioscience Center in Dublin, Ireland. As Vice President Corporate Accounts, Mr. Connolly will be responsible for the coordination of Alltech’s business with key corporate accounts including poultry and swine integrators, along with the product brand strategy for these same business units within Alltech.  His expertise is in the field of branding, agriculture and international marketing. Mr. Connolly is also a board member of FEFANA.

Mr. Larousse will be responsible for corporate sales, marketing and profits for the company in the European region. Larousse graduated from the National Veterinary School of Maison Alfort in Paris, France and received an MBA from the Groupe HEC, France. He has been with Alltech for 16 years and has worked in France and Brazil and most recently held the position of Alltech’s Director of Latin America, based in the United States.
