Carlos joined Alltech as MIS Manager for Latin America in 2000. Based in Kentucky, he manages eleven different countries, driving all of them through a period of growth. Carlos ensures that each of them possess the same high-level technological infrastructure required to support the continued international growth of Alltech. During the last three years he has been afforded the opportunity to redesign the networks and update the equipment within all of the countries for which he is responsible. Two of these countries, Brazil and Mexico, represent some of Alltech's biggest sales markets, and through Alltech MIS, Carlos works with and manages some excellent IT professionals. In each of the other nine countries, he manages relationships with local companies that provide Alltech with front-line IT support.
